Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for services provided.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items, services, or related costs.
You should receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than estimated ($400 or more), you have the right to dispute the bill.
You are recommended to save a copy of the Good Faith Estimate.

Getting care Unrooted Counseling, LLC could cost you more if this provider is out-of-network or you opt to select the private pay option. If you have insurance coverage and choose to proceed therapeutic work, it could cost you more than if you went to an in-network provider.
